Job Description
As the Account Manager, you will retain and grow a portfolio of our top active accounts based in the Vic Metro area. We are looking for driven, self motivated solution focused professionals whose strengths are in building and maintaining long lasting and meaningful relationships with customers.
Responsibilities include;
- Manage your own portfolio of accounts ranging in size with a focus on retaining and growing spend
- Build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers
- Analyse, review and recommend pricing structures for allocated accounts
- Assist with the development of monthly sales forecasts/pipelines
- Identify and win new business opportunities within allocated customer accounts
- Preparation and presentation of key account plans
- Manage issue escalation as required
- Maintain and update CRM system
About you;
- Minimum of 3 years proven track record in a sales focused/account management/relationship management position or related
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills natural ability to engage and influence customers
- Highly effective personal organisation and planning skills including goal and priority setting, time management
- Ability to work both independently but also contribute to building a strong team environment
- Talent for thinking outside the box to deliver over & above our customer's expectation
